From the first day we contacted her and asked "so how does this whole homebuying thing work", all the way up to the day she handed us the keys to our new house after closing, she was always there every step of the way keeping us updated. We truly appreciated, as first time buyers, her patience and the way she was willing to explain how the process works and the various things to keep in mind. I also very much respect her expertise and knowledge, especially in El Cerrito, which results in a positive, yet realistic outlook on real estate. I don't plan to buy another house any time soon, but if I did I wouldn't do it without Jen's help! And certainly I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone I know.

Jennifer gave great advice about structuring my offer. She made herself available as necessary, even at odd hours, to get the deal done. We had substantial competition. She made it possible to get the house at a price that still had turned out to be a very good deal.

Great. Jennifer worked super hard on my behalf. She wrote around 10 offers and discussed at least 30 other places with me. She was almost always available and clear about her schedule when she wasn't going to be. She is also ethical. I wanted to make an offer on a house that another client of Jennifer's also was going for. She told me about this early on and when the time came she found somebody else to work with me for that offer. Actually that experience showed me how lucky I was to have found Jennifer. The other person that she referred me to with was noticeably less awesome.

Jennifer is simply amazing! She is super knowledgable about the East Bay and provided us so much insight and honesty into the properties that we were interested in. We mostly communicated through e-mail during the search process and she has a quick response time. She would go visit homes we were interested in to tell us her opinion and would even suggest other homes in the area we may have overlooked. She was available to meet with us on the homes we wanted to look at more closely and gave her honest opinions regarding offer price.
